Have you ever been in creepy basement and comer across something unexpected? This is an IR photograph I took a year ago at a house in Pennsylvania. It looks fairly ordinary, until you see the tiny pair of glowing eyes at the top left.

When I zoom in, you can see what was concealed atop the concrete foundation. Can you see this little guy?
Here’s one where he’s turned sideways, as if sitting upright. The pixelization from zooming in from so far takes away a little, but you can see a pair of eyes, and elongated face, and a pair of nostrils.

Here’s the image brightened a bit and cropped. You can see not only the aforementioned body parts, you can even see a tongue hanging out (note, the photo is turned vertical, the being was lying on its side.)
This one’s brightened the most I can without overexposure. We’re definitely looking at smallish being of some kind, maybe 18 inches in height. What species is it? Have you ever heard of any being like this before?
